What a special experience! Beautiful boutique hotel with an excellent staff. The high point was having dinner and briefly enjoying the rooftop bar (it was a little cold). The food was outstanding. The chef came to the table to check on the items as did the owner/manager (not 100% certain) Christina. She is a lovely person and very gracious. I intend on staying here again when needed - new favorite spot.

I wonder why they don't even have toothbrushes😭 the halls smells... aesthetic interior and overall pretty hotel but... what the heck😂 for how pretty it is you'd think there's a toothbrush! Beds are super comfy tho!

This was our second stay at the hotel in the past 3 months. However, if you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. Not only can you hear other people really “enjoying” each other you can hear every step above you that people take. And idk how people walk around so much in a hotel room. We thankfully brought our sound machine and ear plugs but unfortunately the noise is what’s going to keep us from coming back.

My fiancĂ©e and I booked two nights at this hotel and added a $175 romance package, which turned out to be a $6 bottle of champagne, two small flutes with a tiny strawberry slice, and fake rose petals on the bed — not worth the price. The ice machines on the 4th and 5th floors were broken, and the front desk staff found it amusing that they hadn’t been fixed in a while. While the room was clean and smelled nice, the overpriced mini bar and overall experience were disappointing, especially for what was supposed to be a romantic weekend.

I’ve stayed at this property a couple of times and enjoyed it each time until now. My AC wasn’t working only the heat. My sleep was miserable during the stay and I still haven’t heard back from management regarding the issue. Not sure if I want to spend my money here again.

We travelled a lot of places inside Canada, and outside of Canada. But Chez Hotel is the great place we have experience. Compared with Toronto, Calgary, Quebec, Montreal , Dominica Resort, Japan Hotel
