The gal that checked us in was nice. I disliked the room given. Just like a prior review staff was going in and out of a closet near my room and as well car alarms goin off in alley below our window several times Room was smaller than expected Not as described Valet driver was rude when we picked up car in the am

Staff was nice. We had a “deluxe” room and the staff told us at check in that those rooms were bigger but had no view at all and looked out on a staircase. We changed to a standard room. Very nice of them to let us know, but it was not disclosed on Expedia when we paid more. The room condition was very old. The area is beautiful and the staff was great.

Hotel has an indoor and outdoor seating area, restaurant and a nail salon which were not but the sheets were dirty, this were broken and the towels had a few stains

Easy check in, great location in the city/quiet street, room was huge for Chicago! Beds were very comfortable. We usually don’t stay this far north in the city but we had a concert at wrigley field. I would stay here again for sure. Parking super convenient right next door

The biggest thing I feel is that when we arrived, we were not greeted with welcome. It felt like we were a bother to them. The website had a notation of where to park, leading to sound included however the pricing was never notated. It was around $268 for parking. The room was dusty, there was mold in the bathroom and we called each time for the number of towels for number of guests. The bedding comforter was thin, without an extra blanket. Small bathroom. A small bottle of shampoo provided but, no conditioner. The clothing steamer worked well. It was in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to many things.
