Great price and location. Rooms are dated but fine enough. What was unacceptable was how hot the rooms were. Apparently once they flip to heat, no rooms can receive AC. On an unseasonably warm day, this made sleeping unbearable.

This was my Bestfriend and I first time in Chicago. This property is close to a lot of shopping and some main attractions either by foot or a short car ride. I loved how the hotel has a fillable water station. I feel that was the highlight of the hotel. The rooms were a bit small but that was okay. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Thank you again.

Our room had some stains on the chairs, walls, and curtains. And there was some slight dustiness as well. But overall we love the location and the staff are all very friendly.

The hotel is in disrepair and could use a refresh. The room carpets were stained, furniture was broken, and the when service was requested they didn’t show up. It felt very dirty. The shower was disgusting and one of the towels given was stained. We left early because we were so disappointed.

Nothing too fancy but definitely clean and comfortable. Love the reusable water bottles and filtered water they provide. Hair dryer, yoga mat, iron , Coffee maker and fridge all in room. No microwave sadly. So had a place to bring left overs but not reheat. Felt safe. Overall I would stay again.
