I checked in with no problem. When I got into my room to place extra clothing in the closet, a big cockroach was already living in there. Then I went to the front desk to request another room and the agent asked if I took a photo of the roach. Umm no call EcoLabs and gimme my new room. Then I asked for extra towel after leaving the pool and the desk agent didn’t want provide any. Ok cool. Then before bed, I requested extra bedding for the sleepover sofa and was denied again. This property was the worse I’ve ever seen

I will never stay here again!!!!
Someone broke into my car and stole personal items from my family and I. The staff was friendly. The rooms are outdated. The bed are uncomfortable. I know have ptsd from the break in on my car because I am terrified of staying at any hotel now. If I’m not staying with a family or friend then my family and I now miss out on events because of it.

Horrible service ! No cleaned, and no change towel
This hotel was horrible, we was here four days and they never clean up the room and either change the towels. Horrible service because we asked for just change the towels and they never did.

I was assured a month in advance of my wedding that I would be able to check in early around 12 to prepare for my big day. The day comes and the guy behind the desk said that i was not able too due to no openings. People, the parking lot was empty. Lie number one. Then i wait 30 minutes and try again. Still the guy wanted to play his power trip. This is not my first time in a hotel. I used to travel the country for assignments so i stayed in plenty of hotels. I knew they had plenty of rooms available but this guy was racist or something else. He wanted me to wait. Luckily one of my groomsmen came and said i can use his room in another hotel. Will never return or advise anyone to stay there until they fire the guy with glasses.

It was average. Nothing spectacular. The hotel hallways and rooms were a little small with space. The hallways and rooms did not feel very clean but there was some level of comfort. I thought that seeing a broken vending machine on the floor in front of the only elevator was a little distasteful. Overall, the service was not as friendly as I've experienced with some other hotel establishments but it was decent.

We stayed for 2 days for my daughter's pool party we had A LOT of kids 👌 staff was accommodating and very patient with all the back and forth our bunch did ... Only thing that wasn't convenient was our rooms was one floor apart other than that the STAY was Great !

I love the area. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was very clean and nice though the ceiling in the bathroom has water damage. Also, I couldn't get the tub to fill up. Breakfast was okay. I thought it would've been more variety of meat and scrambled eggs. The staff did a pretty good job keeping the breakfast area cleaned considering the mess some of the children made. Bed was very comfy!!! I would have really enjoyed if the jet tub was working properly.
