God awful staff but great rooms.
Rooms are clean and nice. I would have stayed in this hotel for the remainder of my contract (the next month) however the customer service/ assistance here is terrible. They have 100 deposit Everytime you update your reservation. Also my 15 year old was literally bullied by their guest services manager (Nicky), while I wasn't there. Which was wildly unacceptable. So I'll be taking my $3,100 per diem and spending it elsewhere for the month.

First of all, Nikki ( I believe that was her name) was awesome. The hotel was poorly maintenanced... elevator broke, laundry not working, light switches broke....etc.

If you like parties and pot, Stay at this hotel.
This is a smoke party place for the locals. Smell of marijuana was overwhelming, noisy, loud music, elevator barely works, fitness center awful, every single hand sanitizer empty, breakfast awful, room keys never worked. Room was relatively comfortable and clean, but very old. I had to call security 3 times in 5 days about parties in neighboring rooms. He stood in front of the door where there was screaming and loud rap music and asked me “is this the room”? Clueless.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was also convenient. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The pool area was not as clean as expected—the water appeared murky, which was off-putting. Additionally, being on the first floor made it difficult to avoid the noise from the upper levels; sounds of footsteps and movement were quite audible. If you’re sensitive to noise or planning to use the pool, you might want to request a room on a higher floor and check the pool’s condition in advance. Despite these issues, the hotel has many positives and could be a good choice with a few adjustments.

They have us pay Security deposit.. but the Security Doors around the Hotel Are Open anybody off the street can come in... and don't ask for a extension for extra days for each day you add they will take a 100 for deposit on your card and them deposit takes 2 to 3 days to be released back on Your card

They have you put a security deposit on the room for 100 than if you extend it for another day they put another 100 hold that take 2 to 3 to be released on your card and you paying security deposit for what? All the security doors around the Hotel stay Open

As soon as we drove up we knew it was bad. The only thing nice was the young lady who checked us in. The snack /market section was a complete joke. Our room was dirty. There were dirty socks under a bench and the doors to bedroom were filthy. We immediately gathered up our belongings and left the premises. I threw $175 down the toilet booking a room there. Never again!
