The only nice thing about this hotel is the staff, especially the front desk guy. Courteous and polite, and he made attempts to address the issues we had. Plus they have good breakfast. Other than these, this has to be one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. My room had flies and looked dirty for two days straight with stains on the curtains, and the AC wasn’t working the first day we got there. We had to barge the front desk with calls before it was addressed. Also, tried to use the elevator with a lot of items in our hands at one point and it wasn’t working, had to use the staircase only to get to my floor and find out maintenance was going on without no notice. The elevator itself looks like a rundown, like one could get stuck in it. Their guest toilet downstairs looked unhygienic. Some of the ice machines are dirty, very dirty looking.

For the price, it works. The elevator hasn’t been inspected this year according to the sheet inside of it and for good reason because it shakes intensely. 😂 the elevator was visually dirty. The room smelled bad and the air conditioner didn’t smell much better. Smelled old and dirty. The tub was extremely slick due to no coating on the bottom that had been rubbed off. The toilet didn’t flush most times. We left the fan on the AC running when we left to try to keep the air moving to not let the smell settle, but when we came back someone had been in our room because it was turned off. No housekeeping because they only come on every 3rd day of your stay and this was our 1st so not sure who it was, but they could’ve at least replaced the towels we used to cover their tracks. Lol The front desk person was efficient at his job. Not necessarily friendly but we appreciate an efficient person! The outdoor area of the hotel was really nice and it was in a very convenient area.

The front desk staff was rude and not welcoming at all. The elevator made so much noise we thought we'd get stuck whenever we were there. There are marks on the walls, and it looks rundown. The toilet barely flushed, and when it did then, it ran for at least 15 minutes before stopping. It was not a restful or peaceful stay.
