WI Fi was not working and computer desk chair had the arm rest broken. I received a laceration from the arm rest that had metal sticking out of it. Room was clean , Breakfast Buffet was good.

Great Getaway
We decided really last minute to take a family trip. There were lots of options for accommodations but after lots of research we chose Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. We were worried about the facilities because we'd gone with a more cost efficient hotel to fit our budget and we'd been burned before. Immediately upon entering, we were impressed with the lobby area and even more so by the room. Everything was as pictured. The staff were incredibly kind. Check in and check out were a breeze. I highly recommend this inn.

The hotel room was clean, however the pool didn't seem all too clean, the breakfast area tables werent cleaned after peoples use, my husband had to wipe our table down, and the elevators were filthy. The "market" they have to buy drinks or snacks from was very bare nothing like the pixtures. The breakfast was okay, they only have one option for more no alternative like almond or soy, same with yogurt one flavor. Overall the service was good, and close by to gas station etc.

You cant turn the sink on all the way due to the mirror, the bed is stiffer than sleeping on a floor, the bedding is poor. The front door of the room cannot close without lifting up on the hinges (loose hinges). Staff at the front desk were great

Had one service animal and one pet and they denied me taking the shuttle to airport before arguing with him. I was going to put both dogs in a crate but he said other passengers complained of smell one the way to hotel? This is a pet friendly hotel.

I can give any experience because I booked this by accident and unfortunately they didn’t return my money. Because I was looking for a hotel room and maybe to stay one night which I was looking at 8 PM until the next day only but unfortunately, I think I accidentally pressed the button to book it in an hour or so maybe less I found out I accidentally booked it but the hotel did not wanna refund me so the experience was horrible even though I didn’t stay at the room so I lost $105.

This hotel was great. Everything that was advertised was there and working. The pool water temp was perfect. The shower water pressure was not good but otherwise I had no complaints. I’d for sure stay here again if visiting the Chicago area
