It was okay, nothing special. The extended parking was $10 a day. An expense Travelocity did not tell us about.

I specially booked a room with a hot tub. But I had to wait half an hour for hot water to take a hot bath. Hard cheap mattresses. Mattresses for such a room should be soft.

Looks like it was not a hotel but a motel
It was a terrible disaster thing staying here. The cleaning was not at good standing including the employees being rude and harassing. Holes in every room missing lights didn't have our first night the correct room we booked got a tween double not the studio suite. Then asked for late checkout and they knocked on my door 10 minutes before and then can right back to knocked every 20 minutes. On our way out we found a dead rat

Staff were very friendly and helpful, booked our early morning shuttle and made sure we knew that most of the breakfast would still be available to us… Good pool and hot tub too. Would have given 5 for property condition, it was absolutely fine and perhaps just the carpets left to upgrade… obviously done a lot of recent work to upgrade, would stay again. Did consider asking if we could shuttle back to the airport for a quick trip into Chicago, as it’s still a good distance from the city and not right next to the airport, but staff were very helpful in suggesting where food was nearby, not everyone would want that walk…. But the pizza place recommended for later delivery of dinner was fab.

There needs to be more management involvement with the cleanliness of the rooms. The sheets and comforter had hair and stains on it when I first came in (which I asked to be replaced and I had to change it myself), my room was half renovated so the door barely fit, the lock was hard to use, the walls and floors are thin so you can hear everything your neighbors were doing. Just overall I would rate a 4/10 experience. At least the staff are friendly and it’s close to O’Hare.
