I stayed there for 8 hours and was COVERED in bed bug bites. The room and bathroom was filthy!! There were bugs walking around the bathroom floor. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was giving a time to call him. When I called at that time, he “wasn’t there” and I had to call back on a few hours. When I called back in a few hours, he still “wasn’t there”. I was given a new time of 6P. I called at 6:30 and I was told that he didn’t come in that day and would be in the following day. I asked for corporate’s phone number and he refused to give it to me because he didn’t have it and said that I need to call the next day to speak to Mike, the manager. Then he hung up on me. If you have a car, sleep in that first before you stay in this filthy ass hotel.

I walked in the room for the first time and there were bugs in the sink. I immediately checked out. They offered a different room but I didn’t trust the place to be clean. I asked for a refund but they refused.

horrible.. this is ABSOLUTELY the last last resort for a place to stay in Chicago. Rooms are gross. Bring your own sheets etc. never again. I’d rather sleep in my car

Just the Basics
This hotel was right by the interstate, about 30 min from downtown chicago. Perfect place to stay if you’re going to be out and about most of the time, has just the basics. They did not offer complementary breakfast when we stayed however it was listed as an amenity.

The room is completely dirty we killed 4 roaches one bed is so dirty the carpet looks like if someone puke, the bathroom it’s nasty and the towels are dirty all day and night smells like weed that room looks like if somebody use and they use the same staff to much noise, we have to go twice to the reception for clean bed shams and bathroom towels

Wyndam needs to completely redo it or close it..shouldn't want their name on this joint. Dirty, bugs, rundown, bad neighborhood, advertised breakfast doesn't exist, et., etc.
