Door did not seal completely, so it lets noise and air through the crack. The bathtub and the toilet both leaked the entire stay. The continental breakfast was nothing more than old hashbrowns and flat dry fried eggs. There was orange juice and apple juice, but only for like the first 6 to 8 people. They did not refill it after it ran out two cereal dispensers both with the same cereal in them all four days. Really the only thing positive that I can say about this day and I mean literally the only thing is the fact that the heater in the room actually worked the bed was terrible about 6 inches deep total and looked like a pullout futon sitting on an old metal and spring Plate terrible pain every morning. If we weren’t here visiting my graduating sailor, I would definitely not have stayed and will never stay there in the future. Should I have any other children graduating from the naval boot.

They charged my card hours before i was even there to check in. It was small. Smelled of smoke, beds were very uncomfortable. We felt very uncomfortable. We checked out 10 minutes later.

Horrible hotel. The room has a lot of damage including a hole that has been patched in the tub. That wasn’t really a problem though, since there was no hot water and we couldn’t take a shower!!

Wasn’t the best service and also wasn’t the worst. I appreciated housekeeping assisting when I wasn’t feeling well. Breakfast was mainly carbs. And because there wasn’t a lot of people there, there was barely much options. I will say that staff was nice. I felt uncomfortable when it was time to check out because I felt like I was being rushed to leave my room to clean it. Literally standing in front of my door like I was in trouble or something. I was disappointed that I needed to speak to front desk at one point and no one was there.

We had a little trouble checking in. It was rectified the next morning. The rooms were smaller than seemed in picture. Coffee machine and ice bucket were kept in the bathroom. One of our rooms had a microwave and the other did not. The elevator did work well and quick. Housekeeping did a good job with towels and straightening up the rooms each day.

Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on it
Well i will start of by saying not one part of this hotel was like any picture i saw online!! The metal base of the beds sounded like a thunderstorm anytime you accidentally bumped it which was often cuz there was no room to move around. No closet to hang clothes not even a bar on the wall to hang clothes. Did have a ironing board that i set up to lay my clothes over so they didnt get wrinkles. Hair Dryer didnt work at all and neither did the only plug available. Shower made a loud whining noise the whole time you are in the shower. And what to say about the "desk" in the room well it was 2 broken desk put together and when my mom bumped it it fell over. Was only held together with balancing a piece of wood under the top piece. Bugs on the base of the floor lamp. Remote to the tv was taped together. I paid for this room a month in advance because my son was graduating from the navy and we booked it for 3 nights. Worst 3 nights i have ever spent in a hotel. But it should be called a motel. The beds were like sleeping on concrete. Side door to the building never worked so you had to walk to the entrance everytime even with 3ft of snow on the ground. The complimentary breakfast was a joke!! I saw ppl go in to eat and walk right back out!! Cereal was available with no milk!! No microwave in room, which is in every hotel i have stayed in and iv stayed in alot!! And to top it off.. the vending machine had condoms and lighters for sale! Fun explaining that to a kid! Never Again!!!

The door to our room showed signs of someone trying to break in (wood frame damaged) and saw another door a couple rooms downs with the same thing. Did not make us feel safe. Also no baggage check, and we were told this was do to theft.
