It was SO cold in the room and you couldn’t control the thermostat. I stood in room 730. Also only one elevator was working. Not good.

The area of the hotel is nice and the lobby has been redone. The elevators feel old and noisy. The room was not redone and didn’t have convenience items like a refrigerator, multiple USB ports and electrical outlets for technology. The TV worked but the shows went in and out as if the WiFi or connection was bad. The bathroom, including tub and sink were dated. The bed had a horrible mattress and overall room was not well appointed.

I came for an overnight stay to catch a flight from midway the next morning. The lobby was nice and customer service was excellent. Danielle was extremely courteous and made sure we had every thing we needed. The rooms were outdated and need a serious update. Overall, the stay was good for what I needed.

The room had some old water damage that had not yet been corrected with plaster or paint so it made the room feel unkept. The shower height was very low and difficult to use for patrons that are taller than five and half feet.
