Staff was quick and check-in went seamless and my interactions with them were great. Tv didn’t work/was delayed, water was cold when I tried to shower, ceiling in the bathroom was in rough shape, no trash bags. I did like the area and how close everything was and the staff was great.

The facility needs updating. No charging stations for my devices. Outdated bathroom. Ice machine did not work on the floor where I stayed. Climate control poor. I will not return to this Doubletree.

Wonderful as always, great staff fun to talk to honestly , and even if there havin a bad day they still smile and give great energy, really really good people here, room is always clean and the towels are pretty soft …saving the best for last THE COOKIES!!! The best chocolate chip walnut cookie I’ve ever had!. I come to the Double Tree for 2 main reasons 1. Awesome staff 2. COOKIES!!!
