I reserved a room nearly a week before. I was called at six pm the day of my reservation to be informed that they would not have a room available. I was then given a space in a much worse room in a much worse area. Very unhappy.

They fell off
I’ve stayed here in the past, but never had an experience like this. I had to constantly come out of my comfort zone to get towels to wash my body. I was only given one face towel the entire stay. Also the tv in room 430 doesn’t work as advertised. There was no signal the entire stay. The guest services was terrible and customer service was rude. I find it unfair that I’ve spent my hard earned money to a stay that I couldn’t enjoy. I’ve also witnessed people yelling and complaining early in the morning about uncleanliness and having bed bugs. My room was not cleaned one time

Poorly managed with unprofessional staff. The hotel is run down and very dirty. We had 9 rooms booked for a wedding, and every single room had some sort of a problem reported. There’s a strong spice smell all around hotel. This had to be one of the worst locations I’ve stayed at.

Total disconnect between booking and hotel. My booking says free breakfast, yet, the hotel disagreed. Had to prove through Expedia. Also gave me a problem because I booked the room for 2 adults and 3 kids. Again had to prove through my Expedia app

Could not sleep due to unruly guests and once the hotel staff was involved, the guests just moved to another room across the hall and continued to make the same amount of noise. The bathroom had hair and an unknown white substance stuck to the walls and the sheets and carpet had stains on them.
