I got a room on the first floor. My first impression was that it was really dirty and had dirty towels on the floor when I went in. I called front desk to ask if I could get another room. They said no & hung up on me. Never again.

The heat in the room was not working properly, was not warming up . The connecting room that my daughter was in was warm, heat was fine. Also, the shower head would not do just a steady flow.

There was a small pond in the back of yhe property. The staff was nice and it alliwed pets. The doors were heavy so a little loud when closed.

First time Doubletree Lisle Stay
Because it was cold outside, I decided to have dinner and drinks in the he hotel restaurant Thirty O Three. Big mistake, and I knew better. The place was dead empty. I ordered the Beef Tenderloin and Portobello. Server asked how I’d like it, medium is always my choice. I was surprised. It came out so quickly. The meat was white. I kid you not. Server asked me how does it look. I was so hungry, I ate half, and I’ll never forgive myself. I should’ve sent it back, and complained. I’ve never seen been look like that. I asked the server why does it look like this. She shrugged, and said I don’t know, maybe that’s the way they cook it. My margarita was good, but the rim was covered with coarse Kosher salt, not Margarita salt. Room was spacious, but sleep was uncomfortable under a noisy down comforter, that made crunchy sounds every time you moved. The one plus of the entire stay was my cookie was warm.
