The property is beautiful and well kept. The cleaning and front desk staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Only negative to our stay was staff in restaurant- waitress took order, someone else delivered our meal to table- we had no silverware, no napkins. no condiments, no drink refills etc.. We had to go to bar for napkins! Waitress never came back to our table to assist us- only came to table to give us bill. I would recommend staying at facility and enjoy the amenities : spa, golf course and pool but definitely eat elsewhere.

They don't have a resort style pool, it looks like it's for exercise and not fun, it is also indoors. But the property was beautiful

Attandants in pool made us feel a bit unwelcome, quite hour but the walls are paper thin. Felt a strong sense of community as the conversations and things that happen in bathrooms are very audible in the next room. (Good luck room *10) Long walks to get anywhere. Hallways are tight and congested around elvators. Hard to find information. It was a poor nights sleep.

There is a lot of walking to get to the guest rooms in the South and North towers. The Spa and pool are not attached to the hotel. If you enjoy playing golf it is an amazing course. The hotel itself is wonderful!

Upon checking in and having stayed here many times before, the member of staff seemed in a hurry to get back to his phone and check us in as quickly as possible. Our Expedia rewards were not even acknowledged and we ended up having to change rooms. Ola saved the day once we returned back to reception, but we don’t think we would stay again after previous visits were more positive,
