In the winter, I don’t think your pool should be located in a different building that requires you to go outside and walk across the parking lot. That is absolutely insane when it’s 20 degrees outside. This isn’t explained in your details and to be charged $21.50 a day for a resort fee???? For what?? Can’t use the pool without catching pneumonia and it’s winter so no golfing! The rooms were nice, but a very long walk to the elevators from the lobby. Rooms are nice and roomy but very disappointed.

Place was a little dirty , was told had a credit for shop , was charged , bowling alley wasn’t available for anyone (waste of time) but a bday party , seems like no one cleaned bathroom fully nor the balcony area loved the place before seems to went down hill

Fabulous location with well Lit and manicured grounds. We travel with our small pup and I feel safe and comfortable walking him at night for potty breaks. We stay here every time passing through Chicago.

The property and building is clean and well kept. There is a grab and go cafe onsite with delicious coffee, pastries, sandwiches and snacks as well as a full service restaurant with strong drinks and great food. The rooms are clean and I haven't experienced any noise from the rooms next door or outside. The staff is friendly and quick to accommodate. The location is very easy accessible to the highway and suburbs. It's conveniently located in between shopping, Woodfield and Oakbrook malls and a variety of dining options are all within a reasonable driving distance.
