We love staying at this hotel! The suites are a good size and it is in a great area - near food and shopping. The breakfast is fantastic - made-to-order omelets and lots of other options. We also love the evening reception with the complimentary drinks and snacks.

My husband and I have been coming three for years and trust and believe we can see the difference. The quality of this hotel has gone down. The furniture and carpet is worn and dirty. And the tub was not cleaned at all. However, the stuff was very nice and helpful, which I really appreciated it. We would hate to stop coming here because it's in a great location. Nevertheless, the hotel needs to be updated, or thoroughly cleaned. Thanks Uvonne

I had just Two issues. 1. Early Check In Option - They said we can check in early after 12 noon and couldn’t until 3pm making me late for my grandma birthday party. Me and my kids & Husband was driving on the road for 6 hours and just wanted to rest. 2. Parking- Turns out parking costed 12.50 for overnight IN THE SUBURBS. I guess we should of just stayed in the city ( we was trying to avoid having to worry about parking and still did) But for the most part the hotel is beautiful, smells good and the ROOM girl!!! The room is beautiful!
