Stayed here one night because I had a half marathon in the morning and didn’t want to make the long drive from south Chicago to Highland Park for the run in the morning. Room was very clean and quiet. Plenty of parking. Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast since I got back from my run just after breakfast closed.

Everything was great and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. But the laundry was bad, my clothes was not washed properly, water didn't drained at all it was soaken wet. The dryer didn't dry my family's swimming shorts and bathing suits. We left to the airport with wet clothes.

Embassy Suites are always nice and comfortable. And the custom cooked breakfast is a real draw. Unfortunately, this visit management decided to cut back the grill staff to one chef and the wait was 25+ minutes for your order. I gave up and went to the traditional buffet line. Disappointing.

Enjoyed my stay. I always liked staying at Embassy suites which is why I booked this stay. You can tell it’s an older Embassy Suites but it’s still very enjoyable and quiet. Staff was fantastic and the breakfast was outstanding. I’ll probably book another trip at this location again!

Don’t come to baddy Suites Deerfield ik
We got in late tomorrow following a concert. We got our pajamas on and turned down the bed only to find a stain and a long black hair on the sheet. Call the main desk to ask for someone to come change the sheets and all were gone for the day. The desk clerk brought up the sheets for us to change ourselves at midnight. A terrible experience.
