We had a very nice stay as the room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. One important issue does not concern the hotel so much as the neighborhood on State street. For two nights we were disturbed from our sleep on multiple occasions due to motorcyclists racing in the middle of the night....(between 1am and 4 am). There were multiple police and fire sirens that were very loud and disturbed our rest. Other than this, the hotel is excellent and the breakfast and beverage service were greatly appreciated.

We did not have internet for 2 days, the service at the reception was very rude, the only person who will have a smile every time you see him was Freddy at the breakfast area. The third day, one day before we leave they came with the excuse that we left the "sleeping sign" at the door, so we did not have housekeeping service.

Fantastic location! Great restaurant options nearby, we walked everywhere for the most part. A block away from the subway to get to Wrigley Field. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Clean spacious rooms, bed was comfortable. Full breakfast each morning - decent selection with made to order omelettes. We enjoyed the evening happy hour with complimentary drinks (2 per person) and snacks. The pool was a hit with the kids. I would definitely stay at this Embassy Suites location again.

Front desk service was very slow. Took some people two hours to check in. If you needed to call the front desk from your room, they didn’t answer the phone. It’s been a week since I have checked out and I still do not have my security deposit refunded
