The staff doesn't seem flexible. I wanted to change my 2-queen standard room to a 2-queen suite room with an extra charge, but he said it was not available. However, there were a lot of rooms when I pretended to book the room on the app.

The Best Western in Glenview is a good value and it appears to be newly remodeled. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is well layed out and the food is fresh.

The only thing that was really annoying was that laundry wasn’t 24hours at all, or that it didn’t have a lot of machines for more people to wash, the hours were terrible especially if one is trying to stay there and leave early to do activities around Chicago and come back late and don’t have time to wash anymore
