No shampoo, no hand soap, no hair dryer, no ports, pans dishes etc. bed was good, WiFi was good. Shower bad no pressure, and curtain did no stay closed

We came shortly after hours and no one was at the desk. We had to wait outside between the doors, call the main number, then they called the hotel and it was another 10-15 minutes before anyone came to let us in. Then rhey said the wifi was down and it took another 15 minutes to get checked in even though we had reservations. Our room had a broken door, no items in the kitchen, only 1 bar of soap, a broken closet door, no iron, a latge bug in the bathtub, and we set the air on 60 and it maybe got down to 72. Additonally, someone was definitely smoking weed and I had ny child with me. The smell was VERY strong on the whole floor.

Budget Friendly
The free breakfast stopped as soon as we arrived. Then the charge for clean sheets with the option of washing your own to save money. I liked the staff they were attentive. My room smelled very fresh. I didn't need any kitchen supplies they charged for them if needed.

Upon arrival,Hallways and our room was very smelly. Smelled like animal urine. I had to spray air freshener every time my kids and I entered the room. Floors were dirty. Housekeeping needs to dust because it was spiderwebs on light fixtures. Entering the room the door looked like it’s been broken into and they tried to fix it but not stable. Bathroom door handle was on backwards.

Breakfast not as described and the key card maker was not in working condition. Room was dirty and fold out bed didn’t have sheets or blankets or anything. Was able to acquire a sheet and a blanket. But no pillows. Place stinks
