The Hotel Manager is amazing! Very respectful, caring, has great hospitality, and great customer service! I love this place! It’s also a very convenient location for shopping and the places I work at! 10/10 from me!

Hell is Extended Stay of America
Manager had my car towed off lot that will cost me > $1000 retrieve. Manager has targeted me. Takes pleasure in others’ pain.states she can enter your room at any time, for any purpose “because we own it.” Obnoxious, vile, no empathy. Had me woken up out of a sound sleep to get me to check in to pay a higher rate even though it is illegal to charge a higher rate to a disabled rate . I am disabled. Suggested maybe I go to a nursing home or hospital when I am a physician and there is no medical reason that would even be the basis for admission. She has never been a manager before. Constant barrage of threats. Do not feel safe here. 18 days since car towed away by her. No effective way to make complaints to people above her. Don’t come here.

They have almost all new staff at this location and so far they've all been so friendly, nice, and very quick to attend to our needs, mine especially since I've had nothing but issues with my room. And ever since the new manager arrived it seems like they were very quick to attend to the needs of my room.

I would never stay at this extended stay again it smelled like cigarette smoke rug had stains it was very disgusting I had my 5 year old grandson with us , on hind sight we should have left.
