The place smelled upon getting off the elevator to our floor. The floor of our room was sticky and dirty. The bed did not have bed skirts as advertised in photos, yet, it looked more like a pulled out cot. The bed itself was squeaky with each movements, which was interrupting our sleep. The top bed sheet had stains. The water was hard and the hand and body soap bars were not moisturizing at all. It felt like wax and did not smell good. Some of the towels were not white and had stains on them. Overall, it was a total mess and not what we had expected. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

Extremely bad experience I don’t recommend it at allllll I had requested non smoking hotel due to my asthma and lung issues the smoke smell did not stop for a second , all over hotel , electric plugs s didn’t work or outlets , extremely unsanitary dirty sheets , you can hear the springs under bed uncomfortable, I watched the supposedly cleaning lady she out the toilet brush in kitchen counter extremely unsafe unhealthy I will never ever recommend this place plus we didn’t get the deposit back

Good service just need better cleaning and care.
Room smelled like mold and floor was sticky. Shower has a squeal going on while using it, like showering with a banshee. It was quiet and service was very professional.

If you can stay somewhere else do it, beads and mattresses are terrible you are going to end with terrible back pain.

When we first checked in staff was very rude. Another group that was with us was a little under 21 which is fine, but never refund their money for their stay. They said it was already refunded back, but never saw the refund in our Account. Our room was supposed to have a couch didn’t get that either. Fast forward to check out time. I stood there for 30 minutes waiting to check out, with several other groups, just to be told “oh these are your rooms, thank you your good”. We asked for dishes for our room, which came dirty and we didn’t have soap to wash them. There was stink bugs in our room when we first got there. Overall the staff was very unpleasant and I will probably never book here again.

Work to Do
You make a big deal about cleanliness but the rooms ard not maintained. There was a lot of mold around the bath tub and several of the drawers and cabinet doors were broken. Also the refrigerator door inconveniently opened from the wall out. You picture your customers as professionals in the elevator ads but none of your customers are professionals. They're mostly poor minorities or poor seniors. Your hotel chain is an anachronism. .

We had to go up to the third floor 3 times to make sure the room was okay. Bathroom had mold and soap scum. There was hair in the toilet. Bed is extremely stiff
