Very convenient location, and had a wonderful first stay in the windy city. Many reviews mention the fire station across the street, but we only heard one or two sirens at night, it really wasn't that bad - maybe we got lucky. The only negative worth mentioning is mostly personal preference: our sink faucet was set so far back on the counter that it was difficult to wash our hands. They should explore replacing these short-armed faucets so the water is not right up against the back of the sinks. I was also over-charged for the valet (which was very convenient, by the way), but the staff quickly issued me a refund for the difference. Be sure to check your final bill at check-out.

The service at the desk and at the free breakfast were amazing and very attentive. They saw we were done with our food and ask to take that off of our hands. When worried if we would be able hold our luggage there after we checked out since our transit wouldn’t leave till later, they reassured us. When we come back we are definitely coming back to this one!

Attempted to check in at 2pm. Was told my room was not available and told to return at 3pm. When I returned, I was told my room was no longer available and I was transferred to a different location blocks away. No notice. No reason. No transportation provided. No compensation.
