I understand noisy because it’s downtown Chicago but it didn’t help that this hotel was physically next to the firehouse haha! Things were easy to walk to and the rooms were beautiful!

Mediocre

This hotel is in a great location, but it’s very dated. It was not very clean. The hotel has 19 stories, and their breakfast area only allows for less than 100 people. Always crowded and never anywhere to sit.

Not too bad

The customer service makes up for any of the shortfalls of the condition of the room. The breakfasts are nothing special but the workers are great! They constantly clean, retsock and provide some great morning chat. We had to ask for a few extra pillows to use for the pull out bed. Not the comfiest, we could have used about 10 more to sleep a little better. The main issue we had with our room for 4 is the slowest water refill on the toilet. So much so, we took turns going to the 2nd floor restroom. Not convenient at all. Overall, the rate was par for the hotel but the service of every worker was excellent.

Traveling Is Our Therapy!

What an amazing experience! First time visit to Chicago. Location is excellent. Walking distance to many great restaurants and lounges. Uber is super fast and convenient. Breakfast is awesome! We met two amazing people, Javier and Fannie. They took very great care of us and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We will definitely return and stay at this hotel!

Friendly staff at front desk and for the complimentary breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was close to everything, mostly walkable. Only issue was fire department right across street had sirens every so often.
