It was very difficult to get an elevator to go up or down throughout our stay. We waited for very long periods of time to do so and it didn’t matter the time of the day.

A family vacation with two rooms. One room was large, open, with large windows - appeared to have been renovated. Our room was half the size and looked "old". The refridgerator did not work, room safe did not work, and ice machine on the floor did not work. The staff was very accommodating - moved us to another room which was much larger, and again appeared to have been renovated. All those accommodations were great. Once again, all of the staff members we encountered were pleasant, helpful, and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located in a walkable area and I was able to see some of the area’s attractions and architecture. The staff was friendly. Check in and check out were hassle free. Everything was clean. It was quiet and peaceful during the night. It’s not a fancy hotel but definitely not a low budget one either. I didn’t realize that the Wi-Fi is not free in the rooms, so be aware of that. I used valet parking and had no issues, but my daughter pointed out that they did not open our doors or load our bags…nothing major. I still tipped. Overall, I enjoyed my stay & would stay there again.
