It is a great place to stay and enjoy a time in Chicago downtown. Courteous personal, nice and clean place, 1-2 minutes away to the river walk and restaurants. I would love to stay again.

Great location within walking distance to many attractions. The room was very clean, maybe a little on the small side but none the less very comfortable. My only complaint was that we paid extra for a river view room but our view was partially obstructed by a very large round concrete object. I feel like that should have been disclosed when booking the room or offered at a discounted rate. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant and the staff was very friendly. If back in the area, I would stay here again.

Only hotel to stay in while in Chicago
This hotel is in a perfect location. Most of what you would want to visit is walkable. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The staff, all the staff, were amazing. Very helpful, easy to talk with, ready to give advice to any questions you may have. I added the breakfast to my booking and the staff and food was delicious breakfast was cooked fresh when it was ordered. The reception staff was excellent. Recommend places to eat and things to see. After returning from being out all day they always asked what we did and did we enjoy ourselves. Whenever in Chicago this will be the only hotel I will stay at.

Horrible place, 3 stars hotel with a 5 stars pricing. Management is very rude and arrogant. Rooms are very small and smelly with old furniture and cheap dirty stuff in it and a mid 80’s update… they even doesn’t have USB connections in a room- hey guys it’s a 21st century we are in… except you:)) Breakfast will cost you at least 40!bucks per person with a tip and dishes are very small with a cheap GMO junk food ingredients. Hilton Hotels are as usually is just wasting of time and money, wouldn’t stay in any of them anymore in my AeAternal life… And AEm BlleaEAsSssiinngg them into their H(ell)Honorrss the very best in going to hell of bankruptcy as soon is possible - first class, because Hilton is unhumanly done business - cheating and literally lying to its customers- providing them 1 max 2 start motel hospitality service with a 5 star high end hotel service prices. Very unfair and undone hotel system.

A Warm and Welcoming Stay in the Heart of Chicago
I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown Riverwalk and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to top attractions. But what really stood out to me was the staff they were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with warm smiles. Their welcoming attitude made me feel right at home, and they were always ready to assist with any requests. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their guests, and the staff here truly made a difference in my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chicago!

Hilton Garden Inn is at very good location, two blocks from the river. Room was clean, had to call Maintenance to clean and fix the A/C, as it was not heating. Still strange, as you have to set up the temperature manually. No HBO in the room, despite of the fact that staff said there should be. Snacks upon check in only. Request high floor, much better for Hilton members. Housekeeping was very good, front desk staff good, bartender - excellent. Breakfast dining team - we did not have breakfast included, but decided to have breakfast on the second day. We were met by very impolite waitress, who insisted that this is with charge. Ok, we know that, no attitude needed. Because of her behavior, we did not go for breakfast any more. There is an excellent cafe near by, French style. We did have breakfasts there. Overall, the stay was good and of course Chicago never disappoints. Magnificent city!
