The staff was amazing. The property just needs to be updated, especially the room that I was in (2810) The panel in the bathroom needed painting, and the carpet was pretty old.

I was upset that the phones in the room didn’t work or the side light in the right side of the bed. Saturday before we left for the day we requested that our room be cleaned. The gentleman at the desk said ok he will let them know. We came and it wasn’t cleaned , we went to the front desk we were then told that we can’t have our room cleaned because they only clean every other day. She said we were told at check in with the welcome letter. We told her we do didn’t receive one and the person who checked us in was right there and confirmed that she did not give us one because they ran out she did apologize but the young lady who was rude and talking to us did do any to help. She said like I said we only clean the rooms every other day.

Overall a good experience, I would stay here again. There was an awful smell in one part of the lobby fit my entire 4 day stay but it was limited to a specific spot and didn't impact my stay.

I was very disappointed in the hotel considering the amount of money we spent per night. The room and bathroom was small. We were there 3 nights and did not have our room cleaned. This was totally unacceptable. The valor parking was ridiculous. The amount of money that was charged per night was outrageous. They valetParker’s damaged our vehicle with their careless driving or parking. When I asked the front desk about our room being cleaned, she informed me that they do cleaning every 2 days. The day my room was supposed to be cleaned, she advised me that they had 5 call outs. Not my problem but in the end it became my problem. We had dirty towels everywhere. We had to ask for towels everyday. Some of the staff was nice. I suggest everyone read the reviews before you book any hotel no matter the high in name. I have stayed in far better hotels. Don’t sleep on Holiday Epress, they are good.
