This is an old property and needs serious renovations. The furniture in the lobby was very dirty and worn, as well as the rooms. The staff was not informative about their jobs and were very passive.

Great stay in Chicago! Relatives stayed in a “boutique” hotel close by that was so tiny that they couldn’t open their suitcase in the room. Nice spacious rooms here!

Great rooms, check in a bit chaotic and the only thing that let it down was my room being serviced by housekeeping only once in four days. On site restaurant Weber Grill is great, food is really good and the staff very friendly and professional. Hotel is well located a short walk from the river walk and Michigan avenue. I would definitely book again.
