Clean, accessible, friendly but pool lift broken.
I use a mobility scooter and found my accessible room excellent. I have stayed in dozens of accessible rooms and this was well laid out with lots of space, outlets at the right height, bed not too high, roll in shower that drained well. The only reason I could not give this an excellent was that I wanted to use the pool and the lift was broken, with no repair scheduled.

We came in late, we had called to let them know. Waited at the desk for someone to show up. When he did, he told us he was off, dressed in sleeveless sling shirt, and he guessed he would help. Was rude when explaining parking garage. Not an asset.

Very nice and comfortable hotel and friendly staff.. pleasant inside the hotel !!! However, parking is difficult and expensive and the area is not easy to navigate. Overall, if the hotel paid for parking i would feel much more satisfied.

The hotel itself was great and it is located in a nice spot near train stations. Only problem which isn’t anything the hotel can control, there are a lot of rats at night walking from train station back to hotel. To be clear, I didn’t see any near the hotel itself but a block down was bad. Walking late at night is an issue.

We thought it was cheap and tacky to charge non members $4 a water bottle for the 2 waters in the room with a signing saying they are free if you’re a silver member etc. Penny wise and pound foolish. Makes the non-members feel unwelcomed. Bathroom way too small.
