The amenities that were advertised were available. No fitness center, no pool, no restaurant, no bar. I choose hotels for the restaurant and bar as a convenient option. I would not have booked her had I know. Also, it was WAYYYYY overpriced.

When we arrived the hotel the lobby smelled wet. I reserved 5 rooms for a monumental 50th family birthday and to our surprise the pool was closed the exercise room was closed the restaurant Jameson chard house was also closed and throughout the two days we had to consistently go to the front desk because keys cards kept on not working then on Saturday night we were evacuated do to the fire alarm going off and stayed outside for over 20 min. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel , I was very disappointing especially with my friends and family there. I believe I should be compensated somehow for the awful experience we had .

Dingy carpets (in-room and hallway), outdated lobby, no great seating options in lobby, 2-room suite layout was very awkward, pullout sofa was in poor condition. Pool was under construction. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood.
