My worst stays in a long time
The whole hotel including the room was dirty. We had bed bugs and even if we changed room is was just slightly better room. Rooms were outdates cheap and it clearly showed they do anythibg to cut corners. All rooms need to be updated.

The floor was dirty. The lobby and hall was a SAUNA. No fan in the bathroom. Not a great part of town. Breakfast was mediocre. The pool and gym were pretty good.

The fire alarm went off at 4:30 am and everyone had to evacuate. 3 crying children who wouldn’t go back to bed. Not fun! Thankful for the firefighters though!

Don't oay for breakfast
I stayed 2 nights as part of a longer trip. I don't recommend paying $10 for breakast it was not good. There are several dinning options across the street or that shar the same parking lot. The fire alarm went off at 5 am on my last day. The hotel offered no apologies. They just acted as nothing happened. At minimum they could offered a free aforementioned crappy breakfast.

Location to Skokie was good. The staff were less than friendly with attitude of “if you can do it, why are you asking me to do it?” Example: we needed some more towels since we were staying for two days. We asked for two more towels for a suite we were paying several hundreds of dollars. The front desk told me to dial housekeeping, if I wanted their number? I was shocked to be treated like that, maybe it was my color? Anyway, I could give several examples but I would assume you get the attitude of which I speak. Also, breakfast both days, ran out one hour before it closed. Not a good choice esp. for the money spent.

Well, it was a room… with 2 beds. Bathroom showed its age or use.HVAC had a random knock noise frequently. Captured on video but can’t share here. Breakfast was avge. At best. Veg rolls cold,no milk,diluted Oj,no waffle mkr. Paid for 6 used 2. Shdve. spent A lil more. Could've did better I feel.
