Very noisy. Large party was singing / shouting loudly in main open atrium area surrounded by all of the quest rooms. They kept going until 3:00AM, Tried to the front desk to complain, no one answered the phone. Also the phone in the room had a flashing red light that could not be turned off.

We were just bummed of pool hours most hotels are open to at least ten. We got back from our events wanted to relax in the pool get down there and it’s closed by 9:00 pm

I like it but I feel like I did not get the answers when I asked some thing, there is a bar Louie inside the hotel I order food and drinks for food service and never got the food, the next day I wen to the front desk and they say they didn’t know, went to bar Louie and say they Wouk call back but nobody did and I got charge $61.46
