My overall stay was pleasant but when I was checking in the front desk person looked very confused that why am I here.when I told him I had booking for today he was like are u sure u have booking in our hotel.it was lil frustrating for me that I had to show him the Expedia booking confirmation and we ended up waiting for 10 mins. Overall experience is good.the housekeeping staff was very sweet.

This property is close to a lot of dining options and shopping. There is free parking on-site and the hotel restaurant is Bar Louie. Definitely a hotel worth staying at!

After checking in and leaving the premises and returning, there was absolutely no parking in the parking lot. I had to drive around the parking lot for 20 minutes as the bar downstairs in hotel was having a party, and there was no ample parking for myself and others who had Reservations for a room in the hotel I did have to contact the front desk and tell them where can I park without getting towed? I was directed to park along the curb along side of the drive that leads to the rear of the building upon entering my room, there was a noise all night long a humming sound of some sort, It was very irritating and had a hard time in getting a good night sleep there must’ve been some work being done either on the roof or adjacent rooms that left a machine on. I did not get a good night sleep.

Room was dirty, had an bottle that was not ours under the bed, in the shower was on the shower curtain hairs that wasn’t from us, and blood on the tile….. floor in the bathroom was super dirty. If u go with kids I definitely wouldn’t recommend it, there’s a bar in the hotel that plays music really loud that u hear it in the room till 2 pm and u have all these drunk people in the hotel and elevator and in the hallways. The parking lot smelled like weed and had empty liquor bottles there
