The staff was amazing but the cleanliness of the place was poor. The pool was dirty, and we had ants in our bathroom. But the service was what made us stay.

Nice Friendly hotel
We were there on a business trip. The bartender was great had a couple of drinks to relax after a long day working. Bed was too hard and pillow was too soft so I didnt sleep well.

Not enough washcloths. When I arrived, there wasn’t any washcloths in the room. I did get two from the gentleman at the front desk, but when I called for more the next day, I was told they would bring some to my room along with the towels I requested, and only the towels showed up. The housekeeper in the hallway said she only had one washcloth on her cart. I’m only leaving a review because this is the second time in a row this has happened.

Room was nice, hotel was clean. The rainfall shower had no door so i got very cold trying to shower. We also didnt have a heat fan in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was also disappointing for $12 per person. I recommemd leaving for breakfast.
