Convenient to airport. Last minute stay due to missed flight. Easily booked through Expedia. Taxi conveniently brought us to your location. Breakfaat at 7 AM on weekend was not convenient as our new flight was scheduled fo 8AM. We were beat and the overnight stay was welcomed relief. Thank you!

Except $20 per night parking fee I liked the hotel. Good breakfast but they ante not refilling the dishes after 9AM (weekend). So if you need to taste all food varieties come around 8AM.

Pleasant stay

property is good but little expensive compared to Marriot and Hilton. Also the parking fee should be free for customers, it shouldn't be additionally charged.

Great experience with this newly built hotel, however, the per day parking, and the fact that room cleaning had to be requested 24 hours prior, came as a surprise. Wish these were clearly mentioned while booking through Hotels.com. We had to clear the trash myself during my 4 day stay, and use the same bathroom towels

I was here for business. I booked it for two days. I stayed on a higher floor and on the floor above us they had a family probably with a few kids. The kids were running, crying throughout the night. I was not able to sleep the time I did sleep were two hours. I went and told Armando the front desk guy the next day I wanted to cancel my next day due to that I was late to my conference groggy and tired. I would rather stay elsewhere. I didn’t ask for the entire refund just cancel my 2nd day please since I’m going elsewhere. He said he couldn’t (which I know he could) just refund me for that 2nd night I didn’t stay. Anywho he didn’t care he said you could’ve called and told me the night of. Look kids will be kids they are on vacation and parents can only do so much. Now I realize why it’s a family hotel, it’s not for business traveling people like myself. Or better yet provide families with the lower floors so they aren’t a nuisance. Either way I left and didn’t stay for the second night I booked elsewhere and was able to actually sleep.
