I stayed 4 nights, and on the 3rd day they gave me towels and they went to clean the room, and it was all because I asked for it, if it weren't for me they would never have done the service, you pay 20 dollars a day for parking, for me that's a bit unfair... the rest of the hotel is very good, I give it 3 stars.

Everything with this hotel went smooth. It is close to the Allstate Arena if you’re going for a concert. Safe to walk around and there’s a store right in front of the hotel, There’s also various food options in the surrounding restaurants. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast was good too.

The room was clean and spacious. The only thing is when we are about to check in around 11:15pm, their system is down and we have to wait 40mins to be able to get to our room. Inconvenient since everyone is tired from the flight. The only thing they offer was drinks from the fridge.
