staff was great and beds were comfortable, but there were several other issues with the room/accomodations: 1. room was very cold, had set to 78, and felt like 67. 2. poor insulation, very easy to hear staff/guests 3. dirt on white comforter 4. dirty/used washcloth in the shower 5. broken shower curtain, dragging into the tub and under your feet. 6. sink was clogged, very slow to drain

Stayed before a flight out. Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was ok, could be a little better but not bad. I had a late check out due to my flight being later, I am diabetic and ended Up having a blood sugar issue. Daisy at the front desk was amazing and quickly helped me to get what I needed. She went above and beyond!
