Dirty hotel
The hotel was not very clean. And the pool area was absolutely filthy. Would love to upload the pictures I took but it not allowing me to. Very disappointed and will definitely not be staying here again.

The staff was very nice I had to check out a little bit later because I overslept and I lost my contact and it was very very nice of the lady to let me stay who of a little longer than my time to get situated and to finally I found my contact and didn't charge me that was very nice because I'm kind of sucked myself in a homeless life lost my mom and my car and I had to be out of the home fast cuz he had to sell it there was a letter issues with the home and you know I have a titanium rod implant in my hip I fracturing my femur 2 years ago so my duty and hopefully be getting disability soon because it is very rough for me to stand on one foot for a while I could tingling and the surgery the titanium rod made me walk again or I would have been a wheelchair the rest of my life thank you very much to Harley and Steph for let me stay and understand

Well the first thru my win in had no heat So they moved me to a comparable suite That I had purchased then I fell asleep and the next time I know there is fighting outside my window the police were there And an ambulance So this disrupted my sleep and I couldn't go back to sleep

The moment my family entered the front door to check in we were struck by the overpowering and pervasive smell of marijuana. The young man in front of us, who was high as a kite, was getting change or something from the front desk and took off into the hotel hallways when he saw us behind him . The hotel smelled of weed in every public space for the duration of our stay there. And if that wasn't bad enough, my family and I had to endure thumping rap music from below our room until 1:30am keeping my young children up half the night. I even responded to "Itzel's" welcome text asking if "everything was alright with the room" assuming Itzel was hotel staff that could do something which was clearly not the case. The room was fair at best, the table in our room had two broken legs and one of the two TVs actually worked.
