The hotel had an odd smell, especially in the elevators. The front desk staff was friendly, but had to be reminded multiple times for service. We had to try to get new towels, three days in a row.

The staff was extremely accommodating. We were attending a wedding nearby. We brought in several buckets of flowers for the wedding tables and bouquets and they were great about it. We even put the brides bouquet together in the lobby. The crustless PB&J sandwiches sold were kind of hard and stale.
