Proximity to six flags is keeping this hotel afloat. Shabby carpet. Chipped furniture. Jerry rigged shower in room 248. Unable to control temperature of water. I reserved an accessible walk in shower but did not receive one. Staff had holes in their clothes. Unprofessional dress code. Hair not in keeping with hospitality standards. Exit door locked, which is a Fire code violation. Holiday Inn should revoke their franchise at this location or completely overhaul it.

I booked a standard double bed room. There was is no microwave or mini refrigerator in those types of rooms. I don’t know if they have them in a suite, but in a standard there were none. I expected to have those amenities inside of a standard room because anywhere else I stayed it was a standard amenity. The downstairs bar/restaurant was permanently closed. They only serve a breakfast buffet in the mornings for $12 per person and 1 child eats free with per paying adult. The hot tub in the pool area is covered and shut down permanently as well. I was traveling with my family and this hotel did not accommodate my family. I needed a mini refrigerator for juice boxes and nursing milk. It did have a coffee maker in the room but we don’t drink coffee so it was useless for our family needs. Lesson learned we won’t be staying at this property in the future.

Everything was seamless. Staff was very polite and helpful. Only downside was the Air Conditioner, the adjustment was able to go to 62 but the room temperature was a constant 70/72 which is a bit warm for me to sleep in.

Mmy stay not so good . Third day of stay and still no room cleaning and was told i had to request room service. Free breakfast was awful same food everyday for 5 days not much choices . Last day i was told to check out immediately tried to extend and was told no cause i book to a third party. Not so friendly front desk staff. 😢😢

Expedia advertised there is a hot tub. No working hot tub in years. Pool was ice cold. Property needs some TLC…dusty, chipped walls, carpets, etc. breakfast buffet…they were more worried about obtaining the buffet tickets or getting customers to pay to eat than they were about providing warm food or cleaning tables. The property is very dated. The vanity in the bathroom was detached from the ground. The vanity top in the kitchenette area was stained. The disposable coffee cups supplied in the room were too tall for the coffee maker. The mattress in the pull-out couch had stains and holes, and was very thin. The property was conveniently located and easy to get to.
