We asked to be in a room that was away from traffic noise, and we were in room right next to elevator and with highway right next to our room???? Not sure what happened…in addition our coffee maker was broken. They charged for coffee in lobby..???

When I went to pay for the property I tapped my physical card on the machine afterwards they told me lock my card because they don’t accept “TAP” but they accept swipe and insert. At that point the money was already taken and the room still wasn’t payed for after I tapped my card. I sat there for 3 hours with no resolution . No manager on site and the customer service host was very rude. My money is missing they don’t have it and my bank says they are. This happened OCTOBER 25,2024 The bank is saying they won’t release funds until NOVEMBER 25,2024. This is terrible. If the TAP doesn’t work you either need a new machine or a sign that states “TAP NOT ACCEPTED” no way in the world that I’m the only person who tapped their card in the entire hotel !!!! 0 out of 5 STARS

The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions, they kept our luggage after check out. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being in the heart of downtown.

Close to the blue line, but no view
This was a nice hotel most of the guest service. People were nice and accommodating rooms were clean, but no view you get no view of anything. The price was well worth it and close to the blue line.
