I gave this a 4 instead of 5, because the continental breakfast was a disappointment. The bananas were old. There were no open-faced breakfast sandwiches. It wasn't what I expected and maybe the 2nd worst hotel continental breakfast I've ever had.

Easy to find, easy parking, quiet area We called a day in advance stating we would like early check in and they stated that it would be okay, They tell us to come at 11, we did. Then 12 not ready then 1pm still not ready. So we didn't get our early Check in.

We were in town for an event at Soldier Field and staying at the Hilton was a great choice. Everything and everyone was excellent. Easy to valet your car and plenty of dining options within walking distance.
