Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price
We stayed at this hotel for the convenience of its proximity to the arena, which is within walking distance for concerts. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. The service was disappointing—staff were not helpful or welcoming, and it felt like answering questions was a burden to them. The hotel itself is old, and the room was very outdated. But the biggest issue was the bed. It was incredibly small, uncomfortable, and felt cheap, making it difficult for two people to sleep. Overall, the stay was not worth the price, the inconvenience, or the lack of service. I would definitely not stay here again.

Good stay but no parking
The hotel was good but there was no parking available and we we had to find street parking in the area around the hotel which added stress to the check in process when part of the reason we booked at this hotel was that they the parking was included in the amenities.

Really cute room, it was smaller but it fit me and two other adults perfectly. Check in was super fast and easy and the location is so perfect for any shows at the united center. Absolutely reccomend this hotel with the convenience, location, service, and cost to anyone traveling to shows around the area.
