Arlo Chicago was such a convenient and very nice place to stay at while visiting Chicago! The staff and the amenities were great and the proximity to attractions made it very appealing when choosing where to stay for our visit. The rooms are clean and comfortable as well. Would definitely stay here again for a short trip to Chicago. All staffs were friendly and extremely helpful. From the smiles to getting the elevator when my hands were full. Nice to have happy hour mon-Fri to recharge from the day and kick off the evening!

The hotel itself was fantastic but the directors for parking were not accurate. I was sent to the wrong loading area for baggage drop off. Then trying to get to the parking garage was difficult. If I had been sent directly to the parking garage I would have been able to check in sooner.

This is place is great, the only suggestion I would make is better understand what guests are being charged for, I had trouble understanding what the small fees were for. I also think the dining credit should be raised just a little. Considering the hotel and the restaurant are not cheap, the credit barely aids in covering costs for a meal.

I was in town for an event, so I was not able to use the VIP amenity, since it had a time restriction. Otherwise, the place was quite nice, and a great location. The staff was quite friendly and did a great job with check-in.

Newer generation hotel with great location, staffs, and amenities. A huge drawback for me was how our room was located. So, Arlo building is a long, narrow building sitting right next to another taller building. Our room was on the long side, right outside of the elevators and no sunlight came through our window. 9AM basically felt like 8PM. They did offer to upgrade us to a room with better view, but we booked for 3 people and the upgraded room only has one king bed with no sofa bed or extra bed available. We stuck with our old reservation for two beds. It did get noisy from the streets at night and from people getting in and out of the elevators. Although, great location and very convenient to walk around downtown.

The hotel was in a good location. It was nice in the main level. The rooms were nice too. I expected a little better first impression of the facility for the price. It’s very small and therefore rather basic. Service was good! Parking was tricky.
