The staff was great. Check in and out was a breeze and the night that we did use overnight parking, the valet was quick to retrieve the vehicle. Just a few things that could be worked on. The small details in the bathroom, such as chipping and peeling of paper on the walls. We used the shampoos and soaps and made coffee in the morning.But after maid came in and straightened to the room, she did not replenish any for the following morning.

An expensive hotel but only 2 cups in the room so when you made coffee you put germs into the water space and drank every previous persons'germs we drank.The bathroom sliding door did not close to.keep out sounds. And they add a $15/night amenities fee for wifi. Staff were fine as was the bed but for$303/night I would expect better.

It was just ok. For the money I would have expected more then 2 coffee cups. Ice bucket and ice but no cups. I only received one complimentary coffee for downstairs. Bed was hard. Not worth the money.

The bed is comfortable. I love the bathtub. You can actually take a bath because it’s soft porcelain. The staff is always very nice and the restaurant is very good in the upstairs is fun. I like park for free because I cross the grass and park on the side of the zoo. My car is always under lighting and very safe.

This is a mid range hotel but the location is phenomenal. Right across from Lincoln Park, the view from the rooftop is beautiful. You don't stay here for luxury but it's a nice hotel that is dog friendly and close to the park and lakefront.

This is an old hotel. The HVAC system is a wall unit that was very noisy. The room was very tiny & there are not enough elevators. Location is the only positive.
