Would stay here again. Only complaint is the parking situation. It was $163 to valet two vans with a company across the street (hotel doesn’t offer parking or valet service).

This is a very attractive property. The rooms are spacious for a city hotel, clean and very comfortable. The location, just off Michigan Ave in Gold Coast, is ideal. The bar (which is open morning, noon and night) was very accommodating and the rooftop bar adds to the splendor of the experience.

I really enjoyed my first RIU experience! Love the FULL breakfast included with the room and the hospitality was top tier. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar as well. Have already told my friends and family to try it out when they go to Chi-town

The room was nice and spacious, good breakfast options, but the rooms are extremely noisy. You can hear pretty much everything going on on your floor through the air vents and the door. It was impossible to fall asleep until early hours of the morning when all the noises eventually died down.
