Always Beautiful
It's always a beautiful experience staying here. The staff is so nice. The rooms are always beautiful. The view is always beautiful. You do have to pay for parking. I would love for them to express that more when you book. Parking in the lot behind the hotel is $30 a night just for anyone's information so you can at least prepare for that little expense but overall the stay is always beautiful. My children and I love it.

Parking was a problem. Apparently they have limited parking passes for guests, so you may have to park 1-3 blocks away, which was scary to navigate at night. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

Ok place. Convenient. Even though there were spaces to park, I was told there was no parking available near the hotel. The pillows are down—which is amazing if you’re not allergic to it. Empty shower gel in shower. Tried to get it refilled by calling housekeeping—was told they don’t work overnight. No water in workout room or at breakfast area.

The food options at the hotel were more limited than advertised, it promised a food court but almost all the places were closed. The pull out mattress was awful and they never gave me a comforter, they only had a threadbare blanket and one pillow for two people. I asked the front desk three times to send up a real blanket and they said they'd do it and sent towels instead.

Terrible experience at Hyatt. The bar staff was unfriendly, and it was the only dining option, shutting down rudely at 9:30 PM. Breakfast was awful, overcrowded, and poorly managed. Staff overall was dismissive and unprofessional. I will never stay here again—absolutely not worth the hassle or the money.

My feelings are mixed on this hotel. Parking was easy, simple, and close by. Check in was okay, although the lady kept speaking to my younger sister (a teenager) instead of me though I booked the room. She wasn’t rude or anything, just a bit confusing and uncomfortable. I liked our room a lot. It was super comfy, quiet, had a nice view of the United Center which we were going to a concert at, and everything was super comfortable. I wanted to stay in the room longer than one day. What really brought down my review was the breakfast. I picked up several plates that were not at all clean and still had food sticking to them. Same goes with the cups. It’s free so the options were to be expected, the standard bacon, eggs, potatoes, fruit, bagels, a few cereal options. I just didn’t have much of an appetite after seeing how dirty the plates were. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.
