This is a great property in terms of location, size of room (kitchenette rooms). For a family coming in for wedding or events. Overall was great. The rooms could have been cleaner upon first arrival (there was hair on floor of bathroom), and food particles on carpet/kitchen area. The housekeeping is only every 4 days. Keep it in mind if u are a stickler for cleanliness. Otherwise generally good location staff and ameneities.

Property was great, location is amazing, however we stayed Thursday-Monday and never had anyone clean our room or change any linens/take trash out. We even requested them to clean it 3 separate times and all we were offered were clean towels.

The front desk was very helpful, kind, and accommodating. They provided excellent service! Our only negative was that the bathroom (with the toilet and shower) had an unpleasant urine odor that would fill the whole bathroom area.

I thought the hotel and services were great. Our check in process however wasn’t the best. The person who checked us in seemed unhappy to be assisting us. He was able to give us a little extra time with check out, however, in the morning the later check out time was not reflected anywhere. I’m glad I called and was able to get that honored.

Such a beautiful hotel. Had a wonderful service throughout, the room was spacious, clean comfortable bed and nice bathroom. We even had a kitchenette and sofa area. Will definitely be at the top of our list next time we head to chicago
