room design.....breakfast poor....making you pay in advance for all nights and in addition charging 50.00 a night for incidentals during the period of stay. This impacted on my credit card balance and created problems. They do hold your card until checkout but require that you pay upfront for the duration of your stay plus 50.00 per night incidentals. The incidentals are returned to your card 3 to 5 business days after you check out. That is bad business!

The customer service was top-notch, with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Avani in particular was extremely helpful. Thank you for the great service. One suggestion for improvement would be to consider getting a quieter air conditioner to ensure customers can sleep or rest more comfortably.

I was very disappointed of my room. The carpet was very dirty , and the room smell like wet mold. They gave me an room for handicapped people.,The bed was very low. And I thought I seem a bedbug.

It was solid if a little rough around the edges in places. There were no sugar substitutes available at breakfast (staff had never heard of Splenda) and I had to go on a veritable quest to find an ice machine (eventually located on the 3rd floor)

The stay was just “okay”! The location was easy to find but the service was mediocre. I asked for food locations nearby and the clerk was very bland and gave a generic response and my key. I’m not used to the service being transactional, more friendly!

Pool area was overcrowded. Other guests had an huge crowd with them and would get annoyed when our 13 year old wouldn’t keep getting up to let them in the pool area since a room card was needed. Hotel room was okay when we first walked in the room smelled a lot like the pool area and was humid.The floor was also pretty big stains in multiple areas. Then the morning of checkout someone was smoking and the smell traveled to our room where our kids were still asleep. Wasn’t the worst hotel since the area it’s in is nice. But most likely won’t be going back again.

What a great weekend stay my fiancé and I had this past Father’s Day weekend. The property is well kept and the staff is super. The morning breakfast was very satisfying. There was an abundance of food to choose. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

We booked a King. Got there and were told they don’t have any Kings but they would give us two Queens. The room had two doubles. Not queens, doubles. Paint was peeling off doorframes, sink vanity was coming apart and had been glued together, mascara on a pillowcase, huge rolling trash can in hallway was full for two days and never emptied, stains on carpeting, curtains were singed as if burnt over the heat/air conditioning unit. Breakfast - no room to sit event in overflow rooms. The overflow rooms were full of dirty chairs and rooms with bad wallpaper covering outlets and tech connectors.
