I can’t say enough great things about this stay! They think if everything and even have the unheard of amenities of room service served elegantly and a monogrammed robe! Spa shower, huge tv screen, window for air and listening to street sounds. Right across the street from Nordstrom with a great egg place down the street for breakfast. And did I mention they even have a Starbucks on site! It was a lovely stay! Thank you!! Ps. The bed was super comfy!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The complimentary umbrella came in handy as it sprinkled on our first day. The breakfast buffet was perfect for our two girls. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. Our suite was very spacious for our family of four and surprisingly had two restrooms. The steakhouse was conveniently accessible and excellent!

From convenience to great staff and service, this hotel has it all! This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at this property on the magnificent mile. Everything from the condition of the hotel to the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness of the hotel staff was on point and great as usual! The historic, beautiful indoor pool is always nice to come back to and relax in after our day of shopping. I cannot recommend this hotel more. It is our favorite place to stay in Chicago and we will definitely be staying here again whenever we come back into town. Please keep up the great work!

I always thought of the Intercontinental as a higher end hotel, but this one in Chicago was just average. Only good thing was that it was conveniently located. Hot water didn’t work, it was on the warmer side but never hot enough. The room type we got didn’t even have a desk!! The staff at the front desk were always very polite and even got text messages asking how the stay was.
