The valet was excellent. Staff very pleasant. The rooms were clean. Tall ceilings made space feel very large. Great coffee and drinks available at all times. Would definitely recommend.

My wife & I were extremely pleased with this hotel. From the air purifier in the room, to the coffee bar, filtered cold water, the friendly staff, even the socks to use around the room, there was so much to love about this hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating, the carpet and the floor in our room was never cleaned with our 3 nights stay. There was no TV remote or maybe we just did not find it because we just wanted to rest once we’re back. Towels were replaced daily. We had to ask for shower caps. Toiletries were not as complete as other hotels. Otherwise, we loved our stay and we recommend L7 hotel to anyone planning to visit Chicago.

High-end establishment a little ways from the Magnificent Mile hubbub—Staff, services, and location next to the Chicago River and CTA were perfect. We will definitely look to book the L7 on our next Chicago visit!
