The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we entered our room we noticed it was extremely cold and we didn’t have enough towels for all the guests. We brought it to the front desk attention and they were quick to rectify the matter. Staff personally came up to help us adjust the thermostat and fresh towels were brought up to our room. The waffles were really good for breakfast. The sausage links could have been cooked a little more. But overall our stay was good.

The most dirty hotel room I have ever been in.
The room was disgusting, the bathroom was the worst. The front desk personnel were very friendly though.

Nice enough but…
Hotel was nice. Loved the location for the concert. Only thing I didn’t like was not being able to check in early without paying extra. Our room was ready and no one had to do anything extra to allow us to check in early but still wanted us to pay the early check in fee. I understand that’s the policy but almost all other hotels let us check in early without paying the fee. And they do it happily! Makes it easier for them at check in time.
