The doorman Craig was a little bit crazy wanted to talk to you much and it was hard to get away from him. He meant well though just thought I’d let management know my opinion on that.

Loved the location and the staff! Rather than staying in a chain like a Holiday Inn or something, it truly added to our Chicago experience. Loved seeing the historic touches like the mailbox by the elevators, the inside of the elevators, and learning it used to be a Capone Speakeasy!

Great hotel near lake Michigan. Its a charming hotel which means its outdated but very clean. Only issue is the bathroom in the room has an echo, so, there isn't any privacy.

There was no place to park. Parking cost $45. If you left you had to pay $45 again to park. Located close to the lake. Absolutely no view. Security was really good.
