This is wonderful hotel. Clean with very friendly staff. The location is perfect for walking to see sights or grabbing an Uber. We were very happy with this hotel, great price too.

The lobby certainly is beautiful, have a great musician, and had tasty food, however that first/second floor is where the effort ends. The room was unkept, had hair on tables, walls, in bathroom. The tablet on the desk had a broken screen so only half was legible. The shower didn’t drain properly, and the carpeting was crinkling up in front of the closet. We had to have a repairman come to clear the drain, but I waited on hold to request that for about 15 minutes before getting a receptionist. In the meantime I used the text contact number for help and that didn’t garner a response either.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Art Institute of Chicago and the iconic Cloud Gate sculpture, also known as 'The Bean.' The hotel itself was charming and comfortable, with spacious rooms that provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I loved starting my day with a delicious breakfast before heading out to enjoy the vibrant culture and art that Chicago has to offer. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort with the excitement of nearby attractions, this hotel is the perfect choice. I can't wait to return!

I had to go to the hospital and when I came back to rest after I was released they told me I could t stay at their hotel bc of the ambulance and stuff. This hotel is gross, rats in the bath tub and bed bugs

Worth the Upgrade!
I originally booked a standard room but wasn't too happy with it. But the front desk asked me if I was happy and I told them I wanted to upgrade. They were so wonderful that they helped me and my daughters get a premium room! It was wonder, spacious and quiet! The customer service it amazing there.
