I think the room been close for a long time the air in the room it smelled like the room wasn’t aired. The bathroom needs a fan and more lights. What was with the loud music until 12 am We only stayed for 1 night my husband have heart problems and he couldn’t breath good.

Beautiful property and the staff were amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was the hours of the shuttle. It only ran from 4:00 am to 11:00 am.

Upon arrival the staff was nice when checking in. My kids enjoyed the pool. I’m dissatisfied with the room. The bed was filthy with old blood on the linens. Also for the sofa bed there was missing linens,no fitted sheet or pillow cases. I called front desk for service regarding this issue, it took over an hour before somebody came to address this matter.After calling a total of three times I went to speak with a supervisor which I was told had left for the day! The following morning I went to the front desk now this is Sunday morning still I was told no supervisor was on site. I was given a business card of the supervisor who I’ve emailed furious. I’m still waiting on a respond! I’m not considering ever doing business here again!

The staff was very sweet, but I could hear my neighbors through the wall on both sides. The elevator took 800 days, the stairs are non existent, and the closet stairs are the emergency exit, which is just covered in dirty towels. The room was very dusty, and the bath tub didn’t drain. Was definitely not a great experience.

Weekend in Glenview
If you are not there for a wedding - ask for rooms that are away from the open areas like room 417 or 18. Had a nice stay and did not hear the two big weddings going on at all!

It doesn't have an excellent location, but it's convenient. The hotel is very nice. The room is very nice. If the reception was more friendly when you arrived, it would be perfect. Add the breakfast was excellent
